Manual and sports physiotherapy

A drug-free way to prevent and treat acute or chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

Physiotherapy

What we treat

Physiotherapy allows us to reverse muscle injuries or, when that isn't possible, reduce symptoms while supporting treatment with other disciplines.

It also plays a key role in prevention: we spot early signs of overload and act before they turn into a bigger injury.

Manual physiotherapy on a patient's back

Four kinds of physiotherapy

Always with our hands as the main tool, and always looking for the source of the pain.

Advanced physiotherapy

We look at the patient as a whole to find the source of the pain and treat it with manual therapy. When it makes sense, we add guidance on diet and supplements.

Sports physiotherapy

Repeating the same movement for a long time increases the risk of injury. We treat sports injuries and guide your return to exercise in our own training room, with functional and strength work.

Manual physiotherapy

Palpation, different types of massage, passive and active stretching, joint techniques and advanced fascial techniques to restore affected tissues.

Paediatric physiotherapy

Infant colic, plagiocephaly, breathing problems, recurrent ear infections, sucking and swallowing, and follow-up for premature babies. See paediatrics
