  • Neck pain
  • Low back pain
  • Sciatica

Three types of technique

Depending on the tissue they target. They can be combined in a single session.

Structural osteopathy technique on the hip

Structural

Bones, ligaments, tendons and muscles. For neck pain, low back pain, muscle tears, sprains, osteoarthritis, capsulitis or tendinitis.

Craniosacral technique applied to a patient's head

Craniosacral

Encourages the micro-movement of the skull bones and their relationship with the sacrum and the nervous system. For vertigo, migraines, headaches or sinusitis.

Visceral osteopathy technique on the abdomen

Visceral

Focused on organ dysfunction: hiatus hernia, heartburn, reflux, asthma or bowel problems, among others.

When appropriate, we complement osteopathy with exercise or supplement guidance. For babies we offer a dedicated paediatric osteopathy service.
